Sales Account Manager (Territory Manager)
The Job Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle within geographic territory to maximize profitability
- Generate sales leads and maximize existing client business relationships
- Must have significant technical / consulting sales experience, possess a high level of attention to detail, a proven ability to prospect, assess needs, overcome objections, and close sales via the telephone as well as in person
- Travel is approximately 2 – 3 times a quarter to see customers/prospects, based on customer needs. 20% travel, 80% inside the Libertyville office
Qualifications
- Experience in business to business sales
- Articulate and able to build relationships over the phone
- Ability to cold call to technical, marketing, purchasing and executive levels
- Self Starter with some experience exceeding sales goals or projections
- Ability to qualify prospects
- Ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally
- Possess above average organizational skills
- Able to work autonomously
- Goal setter and achiever
- Ability to use a CRM system
- Aptitude to learn our products
Sales Associate (Customer Service)
The Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a conscientious high energy individual with business to business customer service experience, who can field customer and prospect calls for our sales people when they are out or with customers. You will be making decisions on who to quote and which bottles to quote as well as entering orders and handling customer complaints. Heavy customer contact, this is more than an administrative position! The more you are able to do for the salespeople, the more you keep them on the phone selling, the more successful we will be. We will also train you to develop new business. There is opportunity for future advancement to a Territory Manager if you are interested and have the necessary sales skills.
