Sales Associate (Customer Service)

Position description

We are looking for a conscientious, high-energy individual with business-to-business customer experience who

can field customer and prospect calls for our sales people when they are out or with customers.  You will be making decisions on whom to quote and which bottles to quote as well as entering orders and handling customer concerns.  The job entails heavy customer contact - the more you are able to do for our salespeople so that they can be on  the phone selling, the more successful we will all be.  We will also train you to develop new business.  There is

opportunity for future advancement to a Territory Manager position if you are interested and have the necessary sales skills.

Sales Account Manager (Territory Manager)

Position description

  • 80-90% inside the Libertyville office.  Travel approximately 2-3 days per month to see customers/prospects, based on customer needs
  • Business-to-business sales
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle within assigned territory to maximize profitability
  • Generate sales as well as maximize existing client sales
  • Pay attention to detail, an ability to prospect, assess needs, overcome objections and close sales by telephone as well as in person
